to use by your home computer.

Step One:
-  Create a Word document called "Name's Internet Safety Poster". 
-  Create a header with your name and date. 
-  Using all of the links on this page for ideas, paste 10 or more internet
   safety rules into your document. 
-  Make sure all of your text is black and formatted in the same font.
-  Show your work to Wendy.


Step Two:
-  In blue, rewrite each of the rules so they are in your own words.
-  Show your work to Wendy.


Step Three:
-  Delete the original rules, leaving only the blue rules in your own words.
-  Decide which of the rules you would like to put on your poster. 
   (Be sure you choose at least 7 rules.)
-  Change the color of these rules to red.


Step 4:
-  Make your poster using the rules you have chosen.
-  Add a few graphics and colors to make it pleasing to the eye.
-  Check to be sure everything fits on one page.
-  Ask another student look at your poster and give you suggestions to
   improve your poster.
-  Make changes on your poster if you need to.
-  Use Print Preview to be sure your poster will print correctly.
-  Show your finished poster to Wendy.


Step 5:
-  After making any changes Wendy has suggested,
   (and having it rechecked), print your poster!
